Many of you wrote me that you have suspended or blocked account at TrafficMonsoon PTC site (now the best PTC site ever, with the greatest earnings and pays instant!) and ask what to do with it. A lot of times the suspended / blocked account is blocked only for 24 hours because someone else already used your IP address that day.
But the problem persists even the next day, sometimes the next week and most of the times you cannot access your account at all…
Do not worry, only someone has this problem – for example, I’ve never had my account blocked, or any other problem.
Help! I have blocked account at TrafficMonsoon! What to do now?
Example of your query: They blocked my account at TrafficMonsoon and I do not know what to do. They wrote there: xxx (someone’s username) used ip xxx (someone’s and your IP address number)… – that my IP address is used by someone else, but I do not know how this could happen. Please tell me what to do. I do not want to loose my account.
Another example: My account at TrafficMonsoon got blocked and I do not know why. I want to ask why this happened and how my account can be unblocked, if this is possible at all.
Mostly I suggest you to write to their support to find out what’s going on. But mostly you have the problem described below.
Then if you write to TrafficMonsoon‘s support they will respond like this:
We are not blocking your account. It appears that you are experiencing an IP Address hold.
It happens when someone else is accessing their account using the same IP Address you are using and only lasts for 24 hours. After the 24 hours is up then you can login. Please clear your cache (and cookies too) to remove any block that was once in your cookies first.
If you don’t want to wait the entire 24 hours you can use a different IP Address or Change Your IP Address. here are some suggestions:
1) Use another IP Address: work, friend, (or someone’s or your mobile Internet connection)
2) Change IP Address: turn off or unplug your modem for about five minutes (You don’t
have to turn your computer off.) In many cases this alone will change your IP address
when you go back online.
3) Switch to a different IP Address: Take Laptop to Places that offer free wireless ie Coffee Shop, MacDonalds, Bookstores, Library, …
Solution: This is not a permanent block or ban. After 24h your account should be unblocked automatically, just wait.
But this does not always happen. That’s why you should try the steps above. My suggestions are in italic.
So we found a solution. But what if you do not want to go and search for a different IP every day or what if you do not have the option? There is another solution!
How to solve the problem with a blocked account at TrafficMonsoon
Who has the problem with blocked account:
– people using dynamic IP address = IP address that changes sometimes, mostly after modem reset
– people using shared IP address = when more people have the same IP address
Solution:
Call your Internet provider and ask them to change your IP address to a static IP address ie address that does not change. The IP address must also be just yours, you must not share it with anyone else. Make sure you have it like that or ask for a change so that nobody else could ever have the same IP address like you.
You will solve not only the problem with blocked account at TrafficMonsoon but avoid the suspension of your account (because of bad IP address) on other PTC sites too. You will never have any problems anymore.
I’ve never had any problems because of the IP address (I have a static IP unshared), nor have I ever had my account blocked. So this is really verified.
We already know what helps with a blocked account, so you can try that directly and you do not have to write to their support. Only if that did not work (try to wait 24h to be sure), I recommend asking their support. Or if you think you have a different problem than account blocked due to a bad IP address – when you got another error message than a xxx used IP xxx.
If you had or have this or any other issue, you can write comments under this article and describe how you solved it, what helped etc.
