3.Millon'stest for proteins
2 cm of albumen solution is plaeed into a tube and 2 drops of Millon's reagent are added. the mixture is heated in a hot water bath for 5 minutes.
4.Emulsion test for fast
5 dorps of ethanol and 2 drops of cooking oil are put into a test tueb the mixture is shaken then'3cm oe distilled water is added to the mixture and shaken thoroughly the contents in the test ture ard left to stand for 2minutes
