A total of six extracts, namely ethanol extract of curry leaf (EHEC), ethanol extract of mint leaf (EHEM), hot water extract of curry leaf (WEC), hot water extract of mint leaf (WEM), ethyl alcohol: hot water extract of curry leaf (1:1) (EHWEC) and ethyl alcohol: hot water extract of mint leaf (1:1) (EHWEM) were prepared for antioxidant activity (AOA) study.
