If you have any pdf’s of typical floor plans, elevations (how many floors for both Ibis and Mercure) etc, would be very helpful.
We would understand that some of the F&B outlets would follow their existing brands and some would need to be developed. Do you require us to also allow for brand development?
Brand standards would be adhered to at all times, but we would need each hotels guidelines to work with should we be appointed.
