Well, yesterday I had an important Doctor's appointment for Visa stuff an hour away in Tampa, and then came home, did homework for a few minutes, and then went to the Hospital because my "niece" Savannah Grace was born (best friend's baby, not sisters)! I was at the hospital waiting to see her and helping and just being with Ashley for the whole afternoon and evening, so then when I came home at 8 and had some dinner and then started working on my homework, I realized it might not get done by midnight when it was due. After sending an email to my (FAVORITE) teacher (EVER), he replied with
"New life sounds like a decent excuse! I'll let it go. You've proven yourself to be a beast in discussion forms and so I'm not worried about something a few hours late for you."
Not only is he hilarious and understanding, but it feels good to be appreciated for working hard! Really hope to learn from Prof. Jeremy Carpenter again in the future! I've learned more in one class than all other past classes put together! His teaching style is superb. I just had to give him a shout out.
