I think you may get me wrong. I do respect you and your team decision and told you that we follow your confirmation since last email.
I'm not asking you to reconsider anymore and just gave you information for customer's voice.
We have to go ahead with same direction.
And if you would like to get the possible risk of court dugement, I think legal is the right person to support us.
However if we could do anything to avoid or prevent the case to be escalated to court without breaking our rule or regulation then we should consider.
In case we could not meet customer's need then we will inform Legal to be prepared.
