3.Resignation process from PVF.
4.Key contact persons reference to deal with SCB Asset Management-PVF company in case we have some issued need to be resolved.
5.Explaination and deal with employees if in case someone need any help for some issues related to PVF beside the payment matter.
6.Looking for another provident fund companies replace the old SCB fund.
7.Provide information to compare each new provident fund companies.
We have more PVF process beside above 7 items but we are clear that those jobs are our responsibility such as the arrangement of monthly reports and contribution premium provide to PVF company.
Our team does not sure that should we handle and concern in payroll calculation and payment process only or cover all provident fund jobs?
At present only enrollment process for PVF is handled by HR.
