We’re very pedantic about the way that you sort of, well
not just care for them, but think about what the family will
remember–the physical appearance as well. We make sure we
cover up any wounds and hide any signs of what we might have
done, take out lines and things. And the night before she died
we braided her hair and put her in some nice pyjamas the parents
