I have spoken to the MasterCard Singapore office on these anomalies.
I have also picked up that it is not just True that are affected by these reversed transactions.
MasterCards have said that they will try to find out why we are received so many of these transactions as these reversals are being generated at the merchants end.
This is a top priority and is being investigated. I will give you an update tomorrow after a call I have with the customer deliver team.
