This Agreement shall constitute the entire understanding of each of the Parties hereto with respect to the Information and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings between the Parties regarding the subject matter hereof. No modification, amendment, or waiver may be accomplished to the terms of this Agreement without the written consent of both Parties
