What is service mind?
I have read a very interesting meaning about this word:
For the word “SERVICE”
S = smile
E = enthusiasm
R = rapidness
V = value
I = impression
C = courtesy
E = endurance
For the word “MIND”
M = make believe
I = insist
N = necessitate
D = devote
For my understanding (which not exactly right), Service Mind is service that focus on customers’ mind. To make them feel that they are so special. Customers’ problems are company’s problems too. And the company willing to solve those problems…your problems. To make them see your Service Mind.
I deeply understand that we all are human being. We can feel happy, angry or even sad. But you must remember that everyone has their own ROLES. If you are working in Service Company, your role is to serve the customer…But when you are not in the company, you can play your other roles i.e. father role, friend role and so on. Choose your own role which suitable for each situation.
I am the one of customers… I just play my role… I just want to see a Service Mind.
