I understand that you’re concerned about an item you didn’t purchase and didn’t receive. I know how important it is for you to get this corrected. No worries, I will do my best to investigate and provide necessary information which can best address your concern.
Nattapon, I carefully checked your account with the order number you’ve provided and it appears that the items you’re reporting were purchased on 11/01/2015 and the date you’re seeing on your receipt is not an actual date of purchase but it is when the order was closed and approved by your financial institution.
Please note that when you purchase from the iTunes and App Stores you’ll receive a receipt from us within 10 days from the time of purchase. We often group these items into one order and send you one receipt instead of separate receipts for each item.
