Primary Responsibilities:
To prepare all specified scheduled reports in an accurate and timely manner for the property to track departmental performance against business plans and budget.
Conduct regular educational sessions with Property’s Sales to assist them in the understanding the Hotel’s strategy and overall business approach, in order to maximize business.
Overseeing the management of receiving, confirming and processing all reservations for the property
Managing the documentation and records for all reservations to ensure accurate profiles and leases
Smooth communication with the Sales Team for smooth and concise back of house communication to ensure impeccable front of house experience.
Actively drive delivery of branded website through maximizing content of property website and recommend the right mix of Third Party site for optimal exposure for the property.
Maintain annual oversight of the overall price strategy and structure of the property to ensure that it is in line with the strategic objectives set out in the budgets, including revenue targets and rate parity.
Analyze forward forecasts and performance results of the property through available tools and reports.
Review and improve on Reservation and Revenue related work flows. Development and enculturation of tools for efficiency, organization, evaluation, reporting etc.
