the warbler-like finch is in its own way as remarkable as the Galapagos attempt at a woodpecker .it has no such wonderful habit, but in is appearance and character it has evolved much closer to a warbler than the other finch has to a woodpecker .thus its beak is thin and pointed like that of a warble ; its feeding methods and action are similar ,and it even has the warbles-like habit of flicking its wings partly open as it hunts for food.
