2.4. Data analysis
Statistical analyses were conducted using the SAS System for
Windows version 9.1 (SAS Institute, Inc., Cary, NC, USA). The significance
level was set at p < 0.05.
For each product, two-way analyses of variance were performed
with subjects and variants as factors and liking, crispiness, sweetness
and fat perception as variables. In these models, contrast tests
