The key tasks include but not limited to assisting with general administration of the Travel Insurance section as well as co-coordinating with team to fulfill the travel partners’ requirement. The position will offer internal support to the Sales and Marketing team, who spend more time out in the field.
Job Scope:
1. Customer services oriented attitude for face to face, telephone, fax and email communication.
2. Manage and prepare all sales materials are updated at all time, coordinate with suppliers to produce all
materials and sales tools as necessary and ready to use at all time.
3. Able to prepare sales report and related travel insurance report as per assignment.
4. Able to assist and support in marketing activities e.g. market research.
5. Co-ordinate and assist to perform travel insurance reservation functions including e-mail correspondence including outbound calls relating to Travel Insurance.
6. Doing Sales & Marketing support as required.
7. Able to work outside office occasionally with flexible working hour.
8. Perform other duties and special assignments as required.
9. Understand the company’s Travel Insurance products in order to be able to service and support the team effectively and professionally will be advantaged.
