Main Responsibilities
- Manage selection process including sourcing, job posting, review applications, screening, and arrange interview of candidates
- Assist Line Managers to understand recruitment policy and process as well as to define and specify recruiting requirements to ensure the business needs and goals
- Handle all the end to end recruitment procedures and processes and activities and responsible for continuing process improvement in recruitment procedures and processes
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and able to utilize various effective sources and tools to help attract right candidates
- Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure right attitude and personal values to the organization
- Interact with applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and other relevant information
- Make appropriate recommendation to the Line Manager on candidate selection
