3 TRANSPORTATION AND INSTALLATION
3.1 TRANSPORTATION
It will require approximately two 40 ft containers to transport the complete machine line (excluding options)
from 's-Gravendeel, The Netherlands to Thailand.
At this stage we have estimated the freight costs to be € 3.970,-- / 40 ft container, based on a CIF (Incoterms
2010) delivery to any port of Thailand. This price includes the packing, loading, transport/ shipping and
insurance costs of the equipment.
Estimation of the total costs for transportation of the equipment: € 7.940,--
3.2 INSTALLATION
The complete machine line will be installed on the basis of supervision. A team of 2 experienced supervisors
will direct and assist your technical staff during installation, test runs and start up. At least 2 technically skilled
employees are required from your company to accomplish the installation and start-up of the machine line
in the set time period of 2 weeks.
The given installation time and price is based on a continuous installation time during normal working hours.
There is no extra time taken into account for delays caused by absence of machine connections (e.g. power,
water and air) or building provisions.
The labour costs, travelling costs (2 return tickets + travelling hours) and local expenses (such as lodging
costs, meals and car rental) are included.
If additional time or visits of our supervisors are required, the additional costs for labour, international &
domestic travelling and lodging of the supervisors will be for the account of Centaco Farm Co.,ltd. Unless the
delays are due to the equipment provided by Viscon or materials supplied through Viscon, in such case the
additional costs of the supervisors would be for the account of Viscon.
