field and report data back to the headquarters. This poses a challenge that is hard to overcome. These communities
are in remote areas and usually do not have internet or Wi-Fi connectivity. Either the data collection has to happen
on paper, which is error prone and heavily manual, or electronically with phones and tablets. The data that is
collected using electronic media has to be stored locally on the phone or tablet while on the field and then uploaded
once the community worker is in a location which has internet or Wi-Fi connectivity. While this is a constraint that
arises out of operation, another constraint that comes in naturally is financial resources.
