SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related area from a four-year college or university required. Minimum of four years experience in marketing of hotel and gaming industry ledge. SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Experience with sales and marketing reporting, analysis, required. Compute basic arithmetic to include percentages. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex of documents, such as technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals, and work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
