DISCUSSION
Medium- to high-intensity dietary behavioral counseling,
with or without physical activity counseling, resulted
in small but statistically significant improvements
in adiposity, blood pressure, and cholesterol level, as
well as moderate to large changes in self-reported dietary
and physical activity behaviors. The evidence for
