SERVICE COORDINATOR• Coordinate and distribute with all departments.
• Supplier management, price negotiation, evaluation and sourcing.
• Responsible for office administration in order to provide efficient and professional support to the organization.
• Manage Weekly/Monthly Report on expense and others.
• Manage Inventory Asset.
• Support the team when assigned
• Handling other tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in any field, computer related would be an advantage.
• Minimum 1 - 3 year experience as Marketing Support, Procurement Function or Office Administrative
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet research engines.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Pleasant, good interpersonal skill, dynamic, dedicated and responsible personality.
• Well presented, Team player, Self-motivated and Service minded
Working Area: Loxley Building Klong Toey
• Coordinate documents with international customers and vendors
• Issued sales confirmation (PO) & Complete documentation such as pick lists, full set of shipping document included bills of lading
• Adhere to daily shipping/receiving logs (International courier)
• Dispatch freight for delivery and arrange for pickups
• Record shipment data such as weight, charges and damages
• Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue shipping instructions and delivery of materials and insurance document
• Complete goods report and rectify problems such as damages, shortages and non-conformance to specifications
• Assist with buying team to coordinate with vendors
• Complete buying price & Compare buying price reports
