Retrieve raw data from ACD system, T-Soft Application and other related application.
2. Check the accuracy of data and feedback errors to all concerned parties.
3. Produce the report for clients according to each client requirement.
4. Submit the report within SLA ad record in long file.
5. Produce and submit the report to the management and executive on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
6. Contact customer to observe customer satisfaction survey and produce the report of customer satisfaction survey result.
7. Regularly learn and find out ways to improve performance of reporting job.
8. Propose new application, program, system or means to improve performance of reporting job.
9. Keep equipment operation by following procedures; reporting malfunctions.
10. Update job knowledge by participating in training opportunities and update the information of benefits and conditions of the new client on a regular basis.
11. Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing and different requests; exploring to add value to job accomplishments.
12. Participate coaching session as scheduled.
