intake may play a stronger role in the etiology of breast
cancer and animal studies have clearly indicated a strong
protective role of energy restriction [27]. This hypothesis
has also been supported by epidemiological evidence,
specifically studies that employed physical activity as an
indicator of energy balance [28]. Current dietary guidelines
recommend an intake of 2,000 calories per day, with total
fat comprising between 20% and 35% of the total daily
caloric intake

shown by others (reviewed in [25]). Coconuts are high in
saturated fats, and coconut milk contains 24% of the fat
content of coconut oil
