-The analysis is based on primary data from user survey collected by researcher that create questionnaire for this research.
-This study focuses on the current canteen satisfaction provided by the Burapha University International College (BUUIC) to monitor the problems and gather information.
-The qualitative research had been focus on 100 people who are currently using the canteen by using questionnaires.
-The questionnaires have been separated in 2 parts, which depends on the variable measurement.
-First questionnaires were focused on personal information and the time that using canteen.
-The last questionnaires were focused on user’s satisfaction and suggestion/recommendation about BUUIC’s canteen.
