Paris is known for the best pâtisseries. Italy, of course, is best known for scrumptious pasta and pizza! But what about Australia? All we have known whenever we talk about this country is Kangaroo and Koala..umm.. I guess Australia has never been a first thought about food to anyone before.
YOU ARE WRONG!
Lately, Australian culinary culture has become more and more popular and innovative especially coffee culture and organic diets which become a hit around the globe. During my previous trip to Australia (Sydney and Melbourne obviously) I had a chance to try many different restaurants and cafes in both city! Here are some of the restaurants list that i’ve been to and would love to share them with you guys! (I’m such a foodie you know?)
Let’s begin with Sydney!
Here’s NOMAD – Cellar door plus restaurant and it’s queue-worthy.
To sum up this restaurant in one word – perfect. My favourite dishes are “Smoke eel croquette” and “Moroccan beef tartare” I could possibly say this is the best beef tartare i ever had
There is an open kitchen in the middle of restaurant where you can enjoy observing the chef’s cooking and chill out with your love ones.
