NOTE: Assassin's Noble Phantasm is her body, as she claims it to be so. It is comprised of death meaning that every cell of it is poison like Poison Ivy from Batman.
[START OF PART THREE]
It is 11pm in Shinjuku near a high rise building in West Shinjuku. It gives a general description of the area and then it shifts to Shinjuku Central Park.
There are hardly any signs of life as everyone had gone home, but the weird part was that there were no homeless people there, but they won’t say why. There is only one shadow there, a young girl who maybe in her late teens with a slender body, with brown skin wearing tight black clothes with a skull mask.
The girl is a warrior, she then walks quickly to the fountain then suddenly there is a voice behind her.
???: “Fufu. You don’t need to be so frightened.”
It is a girl, even though there supposed to be no-one there without a sound and that she might’ve teleported.
Manaka then asks how did the teleport go and asks saying that didn’t she say she was relatively taller. Assassin says yes before Manaka asks if she has something to say to her, she has to get it out of Assassin.
Manaka: “Do you have something to say?”
Assassin: “No, Yes.”
Manaka: “Please tell me.”
Assassin: “Everything was a result of my powerlessness, my incompetence. There are no excuses for them.”
She bows down before Manaka unable to look at her. She then presents her neck and asks Manaka to take her head. Manaka makes a tentative “ye-ah” before saying that it’s fine and that the position that Caster created was a powerful thing for breaking into a Master’s place.
Manaka weakly smiles and asks if she is alright, before breaking into a genuine smile. Assassin guesses the reason is Saber, and then says that she won’t be jealous of him and she just listens to Manaka’s speech thinking that Manaka is a messenger of heaven.
Manaka starts talking about making Saber some scones and that if he likes it she’ll be happy. Assassin says that even a female genie couldn’t compare to her. Manaka then asks Assassin if she thinks her and Saber will always be together. Assassin says yes, and Manaka says that it will be a forever changing spice so that he doesn’t get bored with her.
Assassin quietly wishes the same thing for herself. Even though Manaka hadn’t changed in her attitude to her other companions besides Saber. Manaka then turns to her and asks if she has enough prana. She then takes out a red lipstick which had already been used up and gives it to Assassin.
It then cuts to another journal entry which is a continuation of the previous one where it states that the exception is a human soul and that Servants can replenish their prana by eating them and that they’re not forbidden to eat them and that a Magus has to be careful because it might lead to news reports and such.
The next section continues on the section before the journal entry. Assassin takes the lipstick as Manaka notes that she is fine smiling at her.
Manaka: “You’ve taken the prey properly by yourself, it’s incredible.”
Manaka: “You’ve taken the prey properly by yourself, it’s incredible.”
Manaka then pats Assassin on the head, Assassin starts shivering because she was happy and her emotions were at the point that she wanted to touch her.
Assassin notes that she could easily touch her and that her whole body is composed of death and that it could be said that her body was a Noble Phantasm.
However, Manaka doesn’t die when Assassin touches her, she is convinced that meeting Manaka was fate and that she was a shining girl, Manaka just keeps on patting her saying that she’s incredible.
Assassin thinks to herself that she has committed herself to this radiance. Manaka asks her to please hang in there, and that she expects much from her.
The girl smiled.
While she was bathed in the starlight and moonlight……
As she was, she was beautiful, and shining――――
