The indicators of quality in MOS index include the Comfort index. In order to improve the Comfort index, MCHC is working to set a goal of reducing product complaints. As a member of MCHC, the TNSC group will start collecting the numbers of product complaints, and will work to reduce them.Therefore we are writing how to collect product complaint to our affiliated companies. From the next termof April 2016, TNSC wants you to provide product complaint information to us.
