Please see my response below:
1. From our understanding, the no of lead should be higher than test drive. Would you advise what the reason that no of test drive is 4 and the no of lead is 3.
The test drive number is also inclusive our previous leads that salesman may have had contact in the past but the test drive happen on today. For example, a salesman met the customer 2 weeks ago but only managed to make an appointment for test drive today.
2. Order no is zero, however Finance Proposal is 2?
My understanding is that order no. is the confirmed order by the customers with deposits and sales contact but finance proposal is for only when the salesman give quotation to the leads.
