The direction and the strength of the relation for the variables is depicted through
correlation analysis. Table shows the correlation for each variable of the current study
in hand. The current study has four independent variables, which are Psychological
growth, Job nature, Pays and compensation and Work time, whereas the dependent
variable is Organizational citizenship behaviour. The below table shows a positive and
strong correlation (r = .698) between organizational citizenship behaviour and
psychological growth. Furthermore, the tables shows that there is a strong relation (r =
.696) between organization citizenship behaviour and job nature. The table also shows
a positive correlation (r = .527) between organization citizenship behaviour and pays &
compensations. It also shows a strong correlation (r = .766) between organization
citizenship behaviour and work time.
