The annual leave entitlement herein is subject to the annual leave entitlement set out in the employee's offer letter / employment contract. Leave days are pro-rated depending on the commencement date of your employment.
The Employee shall be entitled to 14 days of paid annual leave. Application for leave must be in accordance with the policies and procedures prescribed by the Company from time to time. If the Employee has not completed 12 months of continuous leave in any year, he shall be entitled to annual leave on a pro-rated basis. In case of doubt, please obtain clarification from the HR department.
