Hope everyone is having a great week and all is well. Mark wanted me to email everyone about the new end of the month procedures.
We are experiencing a growing problem here in the US support office. At the end of each month we are receiving orders and enrollments either the last day of the month or even the following day with incomplete or missing information. Per Mark moving forward if orders are sent over at the last minute and/or late with incomplete or missing information, these orders will be pushed back to the local country staff and it will be your responsibility to gather the information and complete the order on your end before the month is closed out here in the US. Any such orders that aren't completed and processed will be your responsibility and will not count for that month. You in the local office will then be responsible for explaining to the coaches when their orders are not processed for that month, not the US office.
I have attached again a wonderful sheet designed by Cassandra Nwosu in Nigeria. It was sent out to everyone earlier this year but is attached again as a reference for those who may not have it. It explains very clearly what specific information must be supplied for several common issues sent to the US office and you are more than welcome to share with the field. Please keep in mind this attachment form doesn't have to be filled out, only that everyone would need to include this information in the requests.
