Note that the candidacy may have a chance to present his potential and performance to the participating managers and all participating managers have to evaluation the possibility of the promoting candidacy by using “Leader Promotion Evaluation”, “Supervisor Promotion Evaluation form and “Manager Promotion Evaluation form
The middle layer managers have to vote for making a promotion decision with respecting to the reason of the direct control manager (the superior of a candidacy) and report the results to the top management. Finally, administration section manager must report the consideration result to top management within November 15th of the year.
4.3 Consideration by Top Management
The top management (president) of the company shall consider and make a decision to promoting an employee to a higher level by using information from the middle layer managers’ report. The president may call for superior consideration meeting by gathering all managers for final confirmation. After finishing this process, the president shall submit the Approval to SEJ, Japan for approval.
5. Period of Consideration and announcement
The Promotion consideration is basically performed only one time a year. The announcement of the name of promoted employee is performed within the beginning week of January of the year.
6. Termination of the Instruction
The president of the company has authorized to make any change or terminate the instruction without any notice to the employee of the company.
