- Implement sequence of dumping site and facilities as the following summary;
- Topsoil from the dumping footprint will be stripped toa depth of approximately 50 cm (or as proper design)and stored in the topsoil stockpile.
- A basal layer of NAF waste should be placed above theunderdrains. The purpose of this basal layer would betoneutralise acid seepage from the Potential Acid Forming (PAF) and Acid Forming (AF) waste as it seepsthrough the basal layer;
- The basal layer should be nominally have a minimum thickness of 1 m. If NAF waste is not available, then PAF‐Low Capacity waste could be utilized;
- NAF perimeter embankment be suggested to construct around the perimeter of the dumping footprint;
- The outer embankment could be constructed by building thin layers (nominally 1 m deep layers placed by trucks, spread by dozer) of compacted NAF waste using bottom up construction techniques;
- The perimeter embankment could be nominally 20 to 30 m at the base and 5 to 8 m wide on the crest of the embankment. For the Sub Pit WRSF 20 m benches are proposed and the overall slope will be 20 to 25º;and
- PAF and AF waste should be contained well inside and within the final cover of the dumping site as well as should not be placed within 5 m of the crest of the final embankment.
