Responsibilities:
Reporting to Technical Training Manager, this position coordinates the training and employee development activities related to the power and utilities generating facility. The position supports the implementation of all training department programs and strategies including
Qualifications:
Age 25 - 30 years.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields.
3-5 years work experience in Secretary, Administration or Training will be an advantage.
High Responsibilities, result-oriented, teamwork and able to work independently
Good analytical thinking and Computer literacy(Ms.Office is an advantage)
Good command of English both written and spoken, TOEIC 500 and above.
Efficient communication, coordination, problem solving, presentation skills with total service mind.
Be able to drive a car with valid License is a must.
