Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing because my wife and I had a terrible stay at your hotel last Saturday night.
First,we waited for over on hour for the hotel bus from the station. It did not arrive, abd we took a taxi. It took 45 minutes and it cost $25! I complained to the receptionist, but she just laughed. Then we found out the elevator was broken. We carried our luggage to our room on the fourth floor. We were exhausted!
We had another nasty surprise in the room. It was awful! The furniture was very old and the carpet was dirty.
The next morning we ordered tea, toast and a few other things for breakfast. We waited for an hour but nobody brought anything! We went to the dining room, but it was closed! The waiter gave us a little orange juice, but nothing else.
The terrible stay at your hotel ruined our trip to Seattle. We want our money back. Please send me a check for $150 before the end of the week.
