This research is about factors that have influence and satisfaction where to do service and satisfaction of user who goes with Bangkok Metro Public Company Limited. They have objective, study the behavior of users on the service for MRT in Bangkok and compare the customer satisfaction with the services of MRT in bangkok. They are classified by the demographic characteristics such as gender, age, occupation,and income. The sample respondents who are users MRT amount four-hundred people by used equipment to do research is questionnaires using methods to calculate statistics descriptive data included frequency, median, and standard deviation to explain descriptive characteristics of sample respondents and behavior of MRT and use statistic in t-test, one way avona and pearson's correlation for testing three hypotheses 1) social and economic characteristics such as gender, age, education,occupation, income differently will hVe the satisfaction to the MRT are different. 2) Gender,age, education,occupation, income, affecting on the satisfaction of MRT and 3) services,prices,place has an affect on the satisfaction, to take the subway.
