Internal Recruiter - 6 month fixed term contract

We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to assist the Human Resources Department for 6 months, based at our Melbourne Airport Office.
You will be responsible for a high volume of end to end recruitment from juniors to seniors, by sourcing skilled new talent to join Tigerair Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
Job scoping;
Writing and posting job advertisements;
Short-listing and screening of candidates;
Interviewing and assessment of candidates;
Reference checking;
Extensive recruitment administration such as, drafting of contracts, filing, pre-employment and induction documentation;
Consulting and advising department heads on the recruitment process and on HR policy and procedures;
On boarding of new employees;
Generalist HR duties as required;
May be required to travel interstate for group assessment cabin crew recruitment
Applicants should fulfill the following requirements:
Experience in internal recruitment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience;
Airline background advantageous;
Experience in dealing in a high volume recruitment environment;
Ability to work autonomously;
Possess ability to think and act quickly;
Proven self-starter and flexibility;
Strong rapport building;
Proven ability to work against deadlines;
Methodical and organised;
High energy and drive towards recruitment, selection and administrative activities.
