Abstract. In developing industrial society and entering the age of information and communication, we should seek more
efficient and more profitable solutions foreign creasing the efficiency, effectiveness to access the best services. 5s, which is
born of Japanese thinking and meaning the symmetry, is considered by all companies and organizations around the world. The
present paper aims to compare employing 5s components in Department of Youth and Sports of Isfahan. This study first
defines the concepts of 5S, importance of 5S system and discussed on its application in the organizations and workplace, then
proceeds on determining the components of 5S in Isfahan Department of Youth and Sports. This study use library resources
and question’s tools to collect information in this area and is attempting to determine the importance of employing 5s
component at the workplace. The present statistical community of research includes managers, assistants and all the experts
and administrative staff of the Department of Youth and Sports in Isfahan, which have been working in central office formally
and contractually since 2012. According to the mentioned Personnel Department, the number of its personnel has reported
total of 130. In this paper, analyzing methods are based on hotelling test for comparing samples with each other and Paired T
test to compare components two by two.
