Eligibility:
• This is eligible to ZPTH employees who have joined the Company before 4th December, 2015 and have completed probation before 1st April, 2016.
• Employees who were promoted or increased salary within last 6 months (4th October, 2015 – 31st March, 2016) are not eligible to salary increase unless there are special agreement / circumstances.
• Employees who have got written warning letters during the year (1st April, 2015 – 31st March 2016) shall not be eligible for salary increase.
Salary increase guideline:
• Staff who join the company during the year and already passed the probation period, pro-rata method will applied
• Staff who were promoted or increased salary between 1 May - 3 October 2015, pro-rata method will applied
• New salary will be effective from 1st April, 2016
