Policy: It is the policy of Spa Origins to provide service to guests during the published trading hours. Staff whose time keeping causes or potentially causes loss to the company shall be cautioned appropriately.
Procedure:
Time Keeping: Work schedule shall be posted on the wall of the premises at least 3 days prior to the commencement of the working week. All staff are required to be at work in uniform, ready to service customers during the stated hours.
Change of Shift: Should staff not be able to work as defined by the work schedule it is that individual’s responsibility to arrange coverage by another member of staff, and this to be notified to the outlet Supervisor at least 24 hours in advance of the shift change.
Late: Staff reporting late or leaving early from work without the written approval of heir Supervisor shall be deducted service charge at the rate of THB20 per 15 minutes or part thereof. Staff who are late 5 times or more per period shall be deducted at flat 25% of service share.
Payment: Only when attendance records are completed in full and signed by the employee will the company pay salary. If no attendance records is submitted, or it is incomplete, no salary or service charge shall be payable for that day/period.
