This indicates the rpm selections of the ‘SPINDLE’ and ‘YARN SEP.’, the step
between the yarns on the bobbin (ring rail speed).
The value of the ‘TWIST’, the ‘SPINDLE’ and the ‘YARN SEP’ are user-modifiable
parameters. The indication ‘DELIVERY’ can’t be modified, as it depends on the values
of ‘TWIST’ and ‘SPINDLE’. When one of these values is changed and the admissible
maximum and minimum values are exceeded, the control will automatically change
the modified parameters for the closest possible value to the one selected, always
maintaining the torsion.
In the event of using the % metrage/speed, the values that are visualised in
‘DELIVERY’ and ‘SPINDLE’ will correspond to 100% of the speed and the true speed
will be the % of these values, according to the section where we are.
The following screen is:
RINGRAIL MINIMUM
POSITION=05
This screen allows defining the minimum position or beginning of the run of the
ring rail with respect to the position ‘0’. The minimum value is determined by the
folding, yarn thickness and the type of reel we are using.
The position ‘0’ is the lowest mechanically allowed position by the machine.
