We referred to 10 days incidents in the past and predict
incidents in 10 days. These parameters can be manipulated by
the analyst.
V. WEIGHTED RISK MODEL:
We developed a weighted risk model that includes the
following:
1) Instead of using 0 and 1 as daily incident values, allow
multiple incidents in the same location on one day.
2) Assign different weights (W) to each incident based
on the number of casualties, and the location that was
attacked.
