The pasteurized and in-bottle sterilized flavoured milk were
prepared according to the method of De (2011) with some modifications
i.e. colour and flavour were added at a rate of 0.08% w/v
and 0.1% w/v, respectively. Pasteurization and sterilization were
done at 90 C/20 min and 121 C/15 min, respectively. In the case
of neotame and aspartame sweetened flavoured milk, sugar was
completely replaced with the most acceptable level of aspartame
(700 mg/l of milk basis w/v) and neotame (10 mg/l of milk basis
w/v).
