Incidents with support staff-Ground/Catering/CIeaning Crew should assist Ground staff at all times in order to facilitate OTP(On Time Performance). If a delay occurs due to passenger seating issues, csMs must complete a report detailing the names of the passengers, their original seat numbers, action taken to resolve the problem, and who provided the solution(crew/ground staff). Crew must notobstruct Catering Staff during ground time. Every effort must be made to facilitate the loading of catering and gally stowage. crew must co-operate with cleaning staff to enable them to complete their job thoroughly and efficiently.
