Good afternoon!
This is to inform you regarding the new Regulatory Memorandum Order No. 13-2013, as attached.
As the summary, please be informed in the changes regarding the Sales invoice control number and Packing list or Delivery Order number.
Effectively start September 01, 2013 transaction.
As per rules in the attached, we have to register all the documents including the delivery order.
Not like before that only sales invoice needed to registered in our Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) – (government tax regulatory agency in the Philippines)
So, the new registered delivery order/ packing list we will start in the control no. 0001 (issued by BIR)
Then our sales invoice will start in control no. 5001 (issued by BIR)
Please expect having different control no. in two documents.
But for our guide we will put a note like below:
In SALES INVOICE = we will put the no. of Delivery Order
In DELIVERY ORDER = we will put the no. of Sales invoice
Please see attached sample reference (sample only)
To make sure that even having different control, 2 documents was the same.
