Last night at about 12:30am, at the USA team's request I put them in direct contact with Nineweb support so that overnight Nineweb could assist them as required. I authorized Nineweb to assist them without my involvement so that things could continue to be done overnight. The USA team then asked Nineweb to assist in setting up ssh access, however once again Nineweb was non-responsive, and it took almost 7 hours for them to get the USA team set up. The lack of proper support by Nineweb has become a repeated problem during this last few days, and as we discussed yesterday we will have to decide what to about Nineweb do going forward.
