B. Start the N2 Generator system
1.Open the Air dryer for 3-5 min for pre-cooling.
2.Then start the Air compressor, When the pressure of air storage tank increased to 6-8 kg.
3.Power on the Nitrogen Generator
4. Turn on the Nitrogen Analyser
5. Adjust the flowmeter to 7m3 as slowly as possible in the first time, when the N2 purity reach 99.9%, inceease the flowermeter to 13m3 when N2 reach 99%, last adjust the flowmeter to 18.5m3 (18.5m3/H ~50 Nm3/H)

6.Keep the Generator running at least 2 hours, so that you can get the the qualifid purity of 99.9%

C.Stop the N2 Generator System
1.Stop the Air compressor (It will stop workign after 25 seconds when press the stop button)
2.Stop the Air dyer
3.Stop the N2 Generator
4.Close the N2 out valve
5.Turn off all electricity

D.Maintenance
1.Drain off the water of the Air storage tank every 2-3 hours when running
2.Checking refrigiator Air dryer if it cool air.
3.Check the air filter if possible please hand drain water off in the filter bottom
4.Filter element must be replace every l year.
5.Air compressor must replace the oil, filter elements regularly
