We are going to launch GAPS (New Payable system) for Ford of Thailand during October – November 2015. Along with GAPS, we will also launch “E-payables”, a web based application, which will enable suppliers to download Remittances. Please note that once GAPS Suite is launched, E-payables will be the only source of medium through which remittances can be downloaded. We appreciate your support in this regard.
Benefits:
E-Payable is web based application which would facilitate suppliers to view remittance information, payment history etc. It will also help the supplier to track the payment and also helps to identify unpriced receipts and address issues well ahead of the payment due date.
Action Required:
To access the E-Payables system and to view remittance advices online, key supplier personnel responsible for accounts and finance must register for access via FSP in Covisint.
Once registered, Remittance advices will be available for download from an application called E-Payables that is available via Covisint/FSP
If the suppliers are not registering the E-Payables application, they will not be receiving the remittance advices.

As CSA, you can grant access to ePayables packages to your organization users. At present, no users at your company have been granted Ford Supplier Portal access or access to any Ford Supplier Portal applications.
To enable users at your company for Ford Supplier Portal access, please follow the directions provided below in STEP A. Once the users are enabled for the Ford Supplier Portal you can grant them access to the ePayables packages by following the directions mentioned in STEP B.
