Water-in-oil emulsions were prepared by adding the water phase, drop by drop, to an equal volume of
mineral oil containing Span 80 while stirring with Ultra Turrax homogenizer at a speed of 6000 rpm. The
measurements were carried out for w/o emulsions in the range of disperse phase concentration
